Lee joined Royce Geo as the Chief Growth Officer in September 2020. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading Department of Defense and Intelligence Community efforts focused on delivering advanced intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance technologies. Lee specializes in understanding how mission-enabling intelligence modernization solutions and engagement can advance warfighter capabilities and accelerate growth.
As Chief Growth Officer, Lee oversees Royce Geo’s growth and business development operations, marketing, and partnerships, and has expanded the company’s customer base to include Space Force, SOCOM, Air Force, Army, and Navy. Lee started his career as a Geospatial Information Analyst and Program Manager, roles that provided him with a technical foundation that he still leverages today.
Lee resides in Colorado with his wife, Lisa, and their three children. He prefers to spend his free time outdoors – hunting, fishing, traveling, and cheering on his kids’ sports teams. Lee has a B.S. in Cartography with an emphasis in Land Surveying, is a Certified Mapping Scientist (ASPRS), and holds a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Technology Management.
