Jason Dodge

Jason is a Marine Corps veteran and passionate GEOINT thought leader. He came to Royce Geo after a 26- year career in government. Jason’s career has spanned across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) and has been defined by his ability to lead teams and organizations in achieving the toughest goals in complex and ambiguous environments. Jason brings a wide range of leadership, operational, and technical experiences such as; major defense acquisitions, Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) collection and exploitation, kinetic targeting and special operations support. He has been recognized by Department of Defense and Intelligence Community executives as a leader capable of aligning tactical and strategic goals to drive and deliver mission success. Jason has also had the opportunity to deploy to multiple combat zones and has worked missions of major consequence against our nation’s highest threats.
Jason has a Masters of Science in Project Management from Boston University. He lives in Northern Virginia with his partner Jessica and daughter, who will be attending the University of Mary Washington in the fall. Jason’s adult son works as an investment agent for Fidelity Investments.
