Royce Geo to further leverage advanced AI/ML capabilities to understand trends that affect economic and military capabilities
ARLINGTON, VA, May 21, 2023 – Royce Geo, the leader in advanced analytics and actionable intelligence, has been awarded a new Delivery Order on NGA’s Economic Indicator Monitoring (EIM) program. The new project follows Royce Geo’s successful delivery on multiple EIM orders and will continue to leverage the company’s capabilities to efficiently monitor large geographic areas using Computer Vision to detect and classify objects of interest within satellite images and other sources of geospatially referenced information.
Royce Geo’s CURVE (Coordinate, Understand, Resource, Visualize, Enhance) Operational Environment enables the company to develop, refine, and operate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) systems which bring the efficiency of automation-at-scale to the EIM program. CURVE OE automatically sources satellite imagery via Application Programming Interfaces (API’s), exploits the imagery to locate and classify target objects, delivers the targets in prescribed formats and services, and enables the customer to visually monitor the project through dashboards and a Common Intelligence Picture – Common Operating Picture (CIP-COP) application. The system is backed by Royce Geo’s analysts and data scientists to ensure the system delivers information which meets rigorous standards for precision, recall, latency, and efficiency.
